I love beef!Have been binge eating these few weeks on the weekends-mostly indulging in the sinful dish. Bless the creation of Aston's. There's a new outlet in west coast, and i had one of the best steak i've eaten in my entire life. The succulent 150grams steak was grilled to perfection, with the natural juice of the steak locked in the meat and the fats on the sides melt in my mouth! Oh my...cant describe it well, but you've got to try it yourself. Those who cant eat beef, another recommendation is the lamb loin chops. Have it cooked to medium, and the meat remains so tender that you dont feel that it is lamb at all! Dishing out with the lamb was this little bowl of green coloured jam-like thingy (which i cant figure out what contains within), have some of that to go with your cut of lamb, and it gives you a tangy unforgettable taste in your mouth! I havent had lamb for a really long time, and this dish revives my want for lamb chops ever since.Side dishes-mans...Aston's side dishes are cooked with the need to satisfy our picky taste buds. It can be seen that their passion for food is put into making each side dish. Recommendations- pasta salad and mash potato. The pasta salad was tossed in a tangy sweet and sour sauce (which is a super good appetizer), and the mash potato is drizzled in their mushroom sauce which completes the whole plate and make you really full and satisfied. Mmm...yum!
