I'm losing it...really losing it soon!People around me are having so much problems...huge ones,decisive ones,minor ones...who ever bothers about my problem about thinking of others' problems?!And it seems that only that few can understand what i'm trying to put across...like weijie and yihui..even lihua.I miss aiping...i miss chisiang(eel ihc gnais) and clement foo!I miss the good old days where there's these classmates who will selflessly care and correct my mistakes,make me laugh no matter what...even its the accidental spitting of his saliver all over my homework,and dotting my worksheets with his pen.Well,people have to move on...although we might not be in the same place anymore,the memories and relationships are still there yea?
I'm just keeping too much things inside me...it makes me feel so much older,and weaker....i dont wanna lose my motivation,i dont wanna lose my dream,i dont wanna lose my goal and most of all,my spirit of fighting.I finally found these after the months of working and exposure to the outside world...please please do not take it away from me...dont.
Am looking forward to meeting up with my dear tmr to this nice place she suggested...some cafe where ppl can go up the stage and sing to an audience in darkness..interesting.And really really hope the skating date with yihui will work out.haha...i think it will.We are best sporting buds!She's really the one to look for when i need any "sports date"...badminton,cycling,tennis(although i'm not really good at it),skating,jogging?(we only did it once)...
YeS! 21:42...its official!I finally did it!After years of perfection,and hours of practice...my "destruct-o-match" high score finally hit the target to enter "hi-score board"!YeS! yeS! YES!!

Hmmm..the air seems fresh,the world seems to be a better place.=) Really cherishing every part of my life now,especially when i'm officially named a nus student.haha...well...first wk of school was fine...lectures are as boring as ever.But i cant seem to smile or laugh out loud.maybe due to the stress from all the internet and balloting stuff.damm.i cant seem to find anyone to depend on here...cracking my brains out for everything seems a burden to me now...but alas,there's always someone out there...who drops by surprise calls?haha.There are many things that i wanna point out to you,but i cant.I really cant...things will either turn out for the worst,or the other way...hmm..we shall wait and see i guess...

12th august
~nice date
~went for 2nd service..pastor prince talked about something that we need rest,and not to worry about things in order for them to work out fine...I could just see myself in the past,where i was really pessimistic about things...whatever it is,i will just think of the worst first.I guess i was afraid of the huge disappointment later...however,i got to realise that i should learn to worry less,and look at life in a more positive way,and here i am!Enjoying my wonderful life more than ever...birds are chirpping,the sun's shining...okok...thats not the point.I guess i am looking at things in a different way now.
~played a wonderful session of badminton with yihui and woeilin.(arm's a little aching)
~had pizza for dinner...as usual...and we talked the crap of our time there!haha...reminincing about the past,digging up truths,sorting out our fears and times that we were absolutely happy about our results...the "A" grade results....
13th august
~1st day of school in NUS!Woke up pretty early just to reach school in time at 8 for our very first lecture-intro to stats!Cant believe i'm taking this again...well,it was interesting in jc larx...at least ms lang was there to oversee every progress we make,and help us solve the "question marks" in our heads.Anyways,although today might have seemed to be a big thing to me,it wasnt.It just passed with several yawns on my face and with a heavy mac breakfast in SDE.
~went to plaza sing with woeilin after school to get a screen protector for my handphone...better save the screen before it was scratched...
~bought a document bag!!!(briefcase?)I totally fell in love with it the first time i saw it larx!But i think i needed time to think over buying this $30 bag...well,after having it in my mind for say...3 days,i think its time to make my purchase.=)Yea...although it may seem a little odd to get such a bag,but well,i'm one who loves such stuff i think...weird stuff that ppl of my age wont like.hahs=)
~bought donuts!have been craving for them ever since dunno when larx!
~bought my laptop finally...and kinda regret buying it.=( in addition...my com crashed on me!Why!!! Why!!! Whyyyy!!!!i didnt ill treat you...and you died on me!?!okays...being too emo here.
Feeling...hmm...sweet.sour.bitter?a delight fell upon me on saturday,and i realised i forgot the most important date-21st july.SYF SILVER!

Happy birthday Singapore!!!
Its Singapore's birthday today!!!Arent you guys glad that we are living in such a condusive,progressive and prosperous country?Quoting from 8 Days,"reason 20 to love Singapore-we did it in only 42 years!"Our country had experienced the progress from a 3rd world to 1st world country in just 40 odd years...thats something we should be proud of isnt it?I just came back from Batam on Sunday,and while we were travelling in a cab around the island,we could still see houses built solely on wood with zinc roofs along the streets.My parents commented that they lived in those houses when they were small...it suddenly came to me that i'm so blessed to have a sony camera round my neck,and wearing a billabong shirt with a cap from hk disneyland.Thinking back,we are so lucky to be able to go to school with my dad driving me in his car although school maybe an fifteen min walk from my home during my pri sch days.Children there have to walk a long way home on the ever so hot and dusty roads,or ride on their dad's bike on the messy and dangerous roads.Way to go Singapore!!!I'm beginning to appreciate more of what i have now....
Anyways,my batam trip was super duper fun!!I didnt expect my mom to not flare up at all on the trip.The trip there on the ferry was fun,and when we reached the resort,we were greeted with a small glass of bundung and dances by the warm resort workers.After which,we went to have lunch at their cafe...and their pizza's so special and crispy!Mmmm.=)Then,we checked in into one of the ready rooms,and wow!!!the hotel room was big...huge-compared to the one we had in hong kong.And i am a person who enjoys very much the hotel stays,and comfort of the room-yea...love it!(especially because it has a bathtub!),and it has a magnificent view of the pool!After settling down,and locked the safe deposit by accident,and didnt know how to open it =p (thank goodness i didnt put our passports in),we went down to wait for the free shuttle,which was suppose to leave at 1.30pm...here comes the embarrassing part...we didnt know that the time in batam was an hour earlier than singapore,so...yea...we waited for quite sometime..then we realised that we are an hour earlier for the shuttle.It was quite embarrassing as we asked the reception for the shuttle for a couple of times.=p Our first shopping venue was Nagoya hill shopping centre i think...when we reached there...we chiong for food..Knowing that there is still presence of A&W in batam from woeilin,we went food hunting...and found the delightful place!We ordered a lot...of course,not forgetting the wonderful waffle plus ice-cream!!!and root beer float!Mmmmm...After filling our stomachs,we went around shopping,and i got a pair of jeans for $14 bucks i guess..and a very cool shirt.=) =) =)
We went around shopping the next day too...hiring this cab driver for $60 a day...a bit expensive,but well...he followed us the whole day and introduced to us some nice place to shop. Got a pair of shoes,goodies,chocs,and...a luggage bag.haha.a trolley luggage only costs $20!!!i cant believe that!!!Oh...and i did a foot massage while my parents got a full body massage...at a reasonable price too!And the best part...mom still did not scream,but allowed me to buy whatever i wanted to.=) We all went for seafood at the famous 933 golden prawn restaurant...the food was so-so onli...but i got to eat my fave deep fried prawns!mMmmm...and i sort of overeat i guess...my stomach was really bloating when i left that place. opps!
3rd day,last day...=( but well,i get to see my beloved friends and update myself on msgs?Went for a dip in the morning with my parents in the icy cold pool..brrr...but at least i got to wear my sunglasses for a while.=pBreakfast was superlicious!I had toast again...with jammies and butter,cornflakes with milk,eggs,hotdogs,rice,orange juice...yea...i'm a pig.hahs.After which...its polo time!I mean the shirt....not the water..Got a yellow stripped shirt,which was rather special,but wasnt the one i wanted...the pink stripped one which i wanted didnt fit!=( Saw a pair of beautiful sunglasses in one of the shops there...and yea...those who know me,will know that i 've gotten it.haha.(esp woeilin...who does really know me-she knows that i love caps,and would buy caps,though not having a chance to wear them.haha)Yep...we got free games at the football table from the staff there!And one thing i realised when i was there...the staff were really friendly.They really tried their best to try solve whatever problem we had...and i can sense that it was coming out of their heart,but not because they were paid to do a service.We left that lovely island with wonderful memories, loads of pictures,and a luggage-ful of food and goodies!
