Being in a band again is a familiar yet new experience. Familiar with the instruments, scores, notes, music, yet on the other hand, new at knowing new people, under a new instructor (not my mr tay any more), and well, being a freshie in the horn section. Horn section has 18 people in total!! That is just so crazy...and the full band size is 150. Big band...cool...so that a lot others can cover me...hahas...compared to a 10+ band in jjc, this is totally different. Its also unlike days in newtown where seniors are strict and i was still in the 'learning how to play' stage. People in NUSWS are good at playing, and i think i'll still need some time to adjust to the "coolness" in the people in my section, and hope that we will be able to break the ice real soon. SL looks friendly, not like the past where i will tremble in sight of geraldine, and the times where i'll get angry with lance for joking too much and not doing his job =p

Went to the comex fair on thursday, and there's a major jam on the highway exit even before we enter the carpark area. Bought loads of stuff and spent like $400 in just 2 hours. Oh my gosh..i think i will need to really hold back on spending. Bought an i pod nano for my sister (though i'm still against apple stuff), wanted to see whats so great about an i pod see..and well, to pamper my sister for once.

Going for a movie with yihui later, and my stomach is growling from no dinner. Hung out with jc pals and weijie in the afternoon. Thank you cheng wai for the gifts you got for me! =)
