4th july- friday
The day started off with breakfast at the usual macdonalds, but now at forum instead of tanglin mall for the convenience of mr tianle..(my colleague). The server at forum's mac is much more friendlier than the one at tanglin mall. The person actually remembered me sitting there yesterday and greeted me with a cheerful good morning. More "good mornings" were greeted at the hotel and we ended work at around 7.30pm and went for dinner at takashimaya. Kent and cheng asked me to join their gathering at the same time while i was at finance dept, looking through hundreds of invoices, and didnt want to join them since i ended work late. Well, dear willy called me up as i was finishing dinner to join them, and i was pretty happy that it was a friday, so i went over to holland to meet the "so-called front row guys". =P
I saw 'daddy' first as i enter hog's breath cafe while talking to lance about the phone, complaining about work as usual, and complaining all the missing suppers we are suppose to have. I sat down, being very welcomed by all, and they all started to talk about my trip to australia and started gossiping.... kent betrayed me! Even thomas started to ask things that i wouldnt have imagined...omg. One thing-mr willy beh, i'm not least bit angry about the spilled water (if it was beer, i would have killed you on the spot!). Yes, he accidentally spilled a glass of water on my skirt, and lucky for the jacket, it absorbed quite a bit of the water. I was a bit stunned and didnt register what was happening, and only after the guys kept passing me all the tissue and willy keep saying sorry, i then realised that i'm wet! Okay...slow...i know...tired!!! I was tired and well, not vigilant i guess.
The night was fun! Its great to catch up with them, and thank you tong, for all.
5th july- Saturday
Woke up really late! 12.30pm! Just in time to catch the repeated "qian ji suan" on channel 255. Watched tv the whole afternoon and wanted to go west coast park with yihui at 5pm, but fell asleep on my parent's bed while waiting for her call. After which, we both then realised that we were waiting for each other's call and thus- miscommunication!!!
6th july- Sunday
Everyone, I'm going taiwan this weekend! Went to book the flight and accomodation after church. This holiday is with family- quite looking forward to it, but i think my mom is much more excited as she keeps talking about it despite her initial refusal to go on the trip. Went over to grandma's place to pick her up and got some travelling tips from aunt there.
8th july- Tuesday
Tianle's not in for work today!!! Oh dear...Although its good as in there's one lesser person to irritate me, i have to be in his work place to take over his job and well, luckily for nancy (my supervisor), my job was made easy. Work ended at 7pm for me, and i went over to ang mo kio hub to meet up with yihui, woeilin and shiying for dinner. It was a wonderful gathering for us as i was super enthu after calculating the money i'm going to get after my work. Hahs...we did have fun for the night, laughing out at each other basically. I'm so gonna miss you guys when i'm away! =)
