Hmm...had a rather relaxing weekend...caught the movie-ratatouille with my dearest woeilin and ah bond!Although i didnt really wanted to watch this movie,the thought of meeting up with them urged me to pull myself out of the house.The storyline was ok...but the drawings...Woah!Everything seemed so so real!Especially the grapes!!It was also a funny movie...with woeilin laughing out loud all the way...haha.Oh,went out with my mom and sis on saturday morning too!Being in my mom's car...not fun.Scary...scary,scary scary.I seriously wonder how she got her license.We went to sunset way to check out the new restaurants located there,and bought some cakes!Mmm...cream cakes!My favourite..though its 'fattening' to some people...who cares!Quote from joey from friends:"i'm curvy,and i like it!" =P Best part of saturday...french food!It was the first time i'm having french food...it was kinda exciting for me...hahs.We went to this little shop,"The French Stall" at serangoon..near mustafa..urgh.The jam was really bad on the way there,but,we managed to get to the place and find ourselves a seat shortly.Mom was really excited about having her goose liver starters...which she was found to be even more excited..or rather agitated to find out that its costs $20 bucks.haha.I had chicken leg with roasted potatoes...mMmm...its really deeliciouss!And the dessert...oh my!Its so nice!!Both on the looks and the taste.The dark choc cake was spongy,soft,and had little sugar bits in it!
Sunday...oh...major traffic jam near the city while my family was heading for church in suntec city.My dad made a detour,and tried to get in using nicoll highway,but....!It was blocked too...due to the marathon they are having...grrrr...In the end,we had to take another path in,and finally,we found a route in,and parked our car in raffles city.When we reached suntec convention hall...i realise that there was a IT fair!Was rather frustrated as there is bound to be huge discounts and i already bought my laptop!After service,we went over to marina square to have lunch...and the handmade noodles taste....uRghh!Disgusting....I hate it!Where is my "hua jie handmade noodles"?!And the worst part...my dad told me that my favourite prawn noodle stall at my old house shifted away.!!!!OMGGGGgggggggggggg!And...i didnt have a last taste of it... =( crying out soon....why is everything changing!!well...at least for the food part,it is...but still... arghhh!
