Wow...it was really an incredible day.Took a cab down to esplanade and reached at around 1.15.Sparke was the first band to report that day...damm early larx!Anyway...when i reached there,i took pictures with my section mates and mr tay!haha..then we were brought to the backstage.The backstage was so big larx...carry my instrument all the way...argh!!So heavy!We got our backstage passes with us and finally reached our dressing room.The dressing room was so cool!They have seats for each person,with those mirrors with lightblub trimmings!So cool!And the toilet in the dressing room was fantastic!We were due for our soundcheck...we lined up,and went on to the stage.Mr oura and dr lee seemed a bit tensed and uptight.It made me nervous too larx!
After soundcheck,we hung around in our dressing room till dinner time.Took pictures,went around chit chatting.As i was walking towards "green rm" for dinner, i saw baoxuan!So happy to see someone from other band,then...saw mr tay.....GRRRRRrrrrrrr pass me two scores and asked me to bring back to jjc.I have a horn to take back still pass scores to me...he have a car you know...ARHHHHhhhh.Anyway..had dinner at green rm,which was a rather cool room.Nice environment,nice ambience.
After dinner,we all went back to tune and get ready for the concert.Finally,we were called to standby.While waiting to go up the stage,i was so nervous...it got worse when i actually got up the stage.Was sitting down there,feeling rather nervous,then i saw yihui they all...they waved to me and were pretty excited when i waved back to them...haha.Next,saw my mom standing upstairs and waving to me...so paiseh.
After waiting about 20 mins on stage,the concert finally began...all seemed like so fast.Before i know it,its over!Think i played ok lar...didnt make any huge mistake =p We went back to the dressing room and kept our instrument.Then me,jennifer and hq went to the artist longue to watch the concert through tv.The place was again...cool!Haha...After a while,baoxuan came into the rm.Haha...we talked bout our performance and went on chatting.I think she's really a nice gal to talk to...we indeed have lots of things in common.
The concert ended at around 10.30.After i passed my instrument to my bandmates,i quickly rushed over to woeilin there...Took a picture with my idol,tay..then rush to find my dear amy.haha she is sooo sweet...bought flowers for us.Haha..then went home with lap and lucy.Chatted with lucy at clementi mac till 12.40...haha.Busy day...This is one unforgettable experience i have. :)
